Stupid Easy Two-Minute Raspberry Sorbet
It's Wednesday, and you never feel like trying anything new on a Wednesday. Just push through and survive, right?
When faced with that kind of numb desperation, we have two choices: one, give in, sink deeper, and hope that the ice cream will last until Friday; or turn the desperation on its head and do something very non-Wednesday to get out of the funk.
You guys? It's time to show that funk who's boss and make some sorbet.
A homemade sweet treat cures all woes, and trying something new helps your brain change lanes. Plus, this sorbet is totally delicious.
All you need is a food processor or blender, a 12oz bag of frozen raspberries, 1/3 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of heavy cream, and two minutes. Simply dump everything and whir it together until it's smooth. Serve it right away, or go ahead and scoop out portions into little bowls and freeze for later.
Let's take back Wednesday and create something that makes us happy. The middle of the week should get some love, too.
